Students who are interested in transferring to Elite Driving School after completing their online 32 hour classroom instruction must get the 1. DE 964 license / transfer form & 2. Classroom record with dates and grades from their online driving school. They must submit both documents and the Teens Permit to Elite Driving School to be approved for Transfer.
